In 2013, Design Data will be hosting several seminars around the country to educate engineers, detailers and general contractors about how they can use the SDS/2 Connect add-in for Autodesk® Revit® to their best advantage. All attendees will earn one PDH for attending this seminar. Our seminars will focus on explaining various workflows that current SDS/2 and SDS/2 Connect users have found useful. Whether it is an engineer using SDS/2 Connect for connection design or a GC using it to transfer a model to SDS/2 Erector, we'll walk the group through these use cases.
Flexible Licensing Options Now Available for SDS/2 Connect!
With the latest release of SDS/2 Connect, users now have additional functionality for network licensing. This allows the software to be utilized by multiple users in the office.
Licenses can be checked out when needed; when not checked out, the Revit model will behave as if SDS/2 Connect is not installed.
SDS/2 Connect Available for Autodesk Revit Structure 2013
SDS/2 Connect is now fully compatible with Autodesk® Revit® Structure 2013.
The 2013 version of SDS/2 Connect includes engineering, productivity and search enhancements, as well as various software improvements. SDS/2 Connect 2013 also features additional connection types.
